These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rangvi website, mobile experience, and any related services (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Rangvi ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.
• Product colors, prints, and fabric may vary slightly from images shown due to screen settings, lighting, or batch/dye variation.

4. Orders & Payment

• We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other methods made available at checkout).
• For COD orders, payment is due in full at the time of delivery.
• For online payments, your order will be processed once payment is successfully authorized. All online transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; Rangvi does not store your full card or banking details.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping and contact details at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation and are approximate, not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or delivery address.
• Delays caused by courier partners, weather, regional disruptions, or other events beyond our control are outside our responsibility, though we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
